If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 10 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition; including all parts, accessories, tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (defective or wrong item sent). For your protection, send your return insured. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company. Returns must be prepaid. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return. If an item is missing from your order, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving the item/package so that our customer care specialist can explain what steps need to be taken to resolve the issue. Certain items, such as saddles, may be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee. Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for items in the following categories: DVDs, CDs, Books, Bits, Undergarments, Food Items, Supplements, Dewormer, Special Orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), and Discontinued/Clearance Items. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
